As soon as someone tells me what the heck Web 2.0 is I would answer. But the way I put it, our job is to make our services externally consumable by everyone, that ranges from phones to web browser to servers to whatever. In fact I currently have a sideline job (until we hire someone full time) pushing new development environments for the browser because we have beat JScript beyond the point of return.
