I found it to be full of a lot of good ideas about leveraging home equity in retirement. You might also want to check out the notion of &quot;reality retirement planning&quot; which takes into account fact that retirees spend less as they age.  Not mainstream thinking by any means, but I think the idea has merit and is overlooked by many.
